Curry & Grill, which was open for several years over at what we call the International Village, across from the Dayton Mall, has moved to a new space on Lyons Road (that once housed Sushi Hanna) and is opening today, May 8th.
They offer a wide array of vegan and vegetarian and options as well as many seafood and lamb dishes in an authentic Indian style with many dishes that are low in fat and healthy. Take a look at their starters:

While they will not offer a buffet their lunch menu offers many options and all meals can have the spice level adjusted to your personal choice of mild, medium or hot.
