Chris O’Hearn from Parcel Wine out of Cincinnati will be providing expertly selected wine pairings. Chris’s decades of experience in the wine industry makes him one of the preeminent experts in his field.

Chef Jorge recounts: “One of my fondest memories as a child is eating cochinita. I can remember running around my grandparents house in Chixchulub with all my cousins. All of the sudden a huge platter of taquitos de cochinita would arrive out of the kitchen and we all stop what we’re doing to grab handfuls of tacos. I remember biting into them and watching the golden, orange grease dripping down my elbows. It’s one of the fondest memories I have.”
