The Foundry, located on the sixth floor of AC Hotel Dayton is teaming up with Buffalo Trace to host The Buffalo Party, a bourbon tasting experience with live music for Dayton locals and hotel guests to enjoy and explore new flavors. At the forefront of this tasting experience will be Buffalo Trace Bourbon single pours and specialty cocktails, including

Kentucky Calling – Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Solera Sherry, Amaro Nonino, Black Walnut Bitters | $14
Buffalo Trace Old Fashioned – Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Demerara Sugar, Angostura Bitters, Luxardo Cherry | $18
Foundry Smokey Manhattan – Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Antica Formula Vermouth, Angostura Bitters | $17
Maple Whiskey Sour – Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup, Egg White | $15

The Foundry will also serve bourbon-inspired light bites, plates and sweets such as Bourbon Glazed Meatball Skewers, Bourbon Braised Pork Rib, Bourbon Chocolate Truffle and more. The Buffalo Party will take place Wednesday, September 27 and Thursday, September 28 during The Foundry’s normal weekday operating hours of 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM. No tickets necessary.
