Topped with crumbled Italian fennel sausage \nPAIRING: BROTHER’S BOND STRAIGHT BOURBON \nCreated by actors Ian Somerhalder and Paul Wesley\, known for their roles on the popular TV show The Vampire Diaries. \nThey envisioned a bourbon that combines traditional craftsmanship with a modern touch. \nNotes of baking spice\, toasted oak\, and subtle sweetness complement the bold\, savory flavor of the pasta \n  \nCourse 4 \nDelmonico* with Gorgonzola Walnut Butter -Wood-grilled Delmonico prepared with Mr. C’s Grill Baste\, olive oil and herbs \ntopped with a creamy gorgonzola walnut butter with toasted walnuts. Served with creamed spinach \nPAIRING: UNCLE NEAREST 1884 SMALL BATCH WHISKEY \nNathan “Nearest” Green\, a formerly enslaved man who was the first known African American master distiller and taught Jack Daniel how to make whiskey.
