DESCRIPTION:A seed swap is a community event where gardeners\, farmers\, and plant enthusiasts of all experience levels can meet and trade their seeds for new and interesting varieties. The Bellbrook Sugarcreek Seed Swap will be a family-friendly event with complementary refreshments\, activities for children\, and a short informational presentation. You do not need to bring seeds to attend\, everyone is welcome!\nSeeds\, bulbs\, cuttings can be dropped off at the park district headquarters (2751 Washington Mill Road) on Jan. 20th-23rd\, or the morning of the event. All contributions will be sorted and organized before doors open on Saturday morning. Participants will receive a door-prize voucher for the materials they drop off. We look forward to seeing you there and helping kick-off the 2026 growing season!\n\nAcceptable Materials for the Swap– Self-saved heirloom seeds (crops\, flowers\, natives\, ornamentals\, etc.)– Packaged commercial seeds– Bulk seed– Clean bulbs\, tubers\, and rhizomes– Houseplant cuttings\nUnaccepted Materials for the Swap– Noxious weeds or invasive plants– Non-viable seeds (too old etc.)– Potted plants– Self-saved seeds from hybrid plants (will not grow true-to-parent)

All within an approximate 1-mile circular route.\nWe’ll start handing out wristbands for the tour at 10 AM on June\, 22nd at Newcom Park. Arrive any time\, just know all gardens close at 2:00\nPlease\, plan accordingly.\n\n\nTo avoid crowded gardens we will have a suggested beginning gardens when you arrive.\n\n\n Please meet us at Newcom Park to receive your map and wristbands!\n\n\n BONUS! Enjoy shopping for native plants in the park for your yards and learn the joys and benefits of gardening with native plants!!!!\n\n\n We are welcoming 3 experienced and knowledgeable native gardening companies!\nREGENERATE Garden Co.\, Deeply Rooted Landscapes\, and The Milkweed Patch\, for your convenience \n\n\nPlease Note: Participating in the garden tour is at your own risk\, as there may be uneven paths and other natural obstacles. Please make sure to look where you are going while touring\, and be prepared to trek around outside.\n\n\n Online ticket sales end at midnight the day before the tour. The tour is Sunday\, June 22nd!\n\n\nSame-day tickets are $25 cash or check only.\n\n\n Your ticket gets you a discount 10% discount off of food during that Sunday for brunch or dinner at Lily’s!!!\nSimply show us your wristband\, and we’ll take 10% off your meal *drinks not included.\nLilys will be running a drink special that weekend. DESCRIPTION:  \nJoin us for the 2025 Garden Tour & Tea Garden! The St. Anne’s Hill Historic Home and Garden Tour is a biennial event that invites you to spend a leisurely afternoon experiencing our neighborhood’s many historical residences and urban gardens. Enjoy a self-guided tour on Saturday\, June 14th\, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Start by checking in at 48 High Street\, Dayton Society of Artists gallery\, to receive your map\, then spend a few hours (or the entire day!) in our lovely neighborhood! \nIn addition to the homes and gardens\, your ticket serves as your entry to our Tea Garden\, featuring a complimentary selection of drinks and light refreshments. One of Dayton’s many inner city historic neighborhoods\, St. Anne’s Hill Historic District – Dayton\, Ohio offers a variety of architectural styles such as Federal\, Second Empire\, Gothic\, Eastlake and Queen Anne. In addition to the homes and gardens on display there are neighborhood parks and traffic circles. \nDiscover our local parks! This event also connects you with The Victory Project\, a local organization established in 2007 that provides vital after-school programs\, meals\, and entrepreneurship opportunities (via Victory Project Landscaping) for at-risk youth. Part of the event proceeds will go towards supporting their impactful work in our community. \nDon’t miss our Evening Experience Tour on Friday June 13th from 7pm to 9:30pm. Guests can enjoy the magic of St. Anne’s “after hours”. Enjoy a more intimate\, leisurely\, self-guided stroll through several gardens and enjoy various libations in the gorgeous gardens.
