Yoga on the Water

First there was yoga, then hot yoga, then yoga with goats. And now the newest craze is Stand Up Yoga (SUP) which happens on a paddle board.

Locally Alex Keller Yoga is leading these 90 minutes classes that include paddling instruction, safety information and an hour of guided yoga on the boards. You can immerse yourself in nature connecting mind and body as we move though yoga poses under an open sky on top calm water. This is an all levels yoga class, no prior SUP or yoga experience necessary.

Classes are $25 and advance registration required to participate. (registration includes board rental). You can sign up on Alex’s website.
