Loyal Tee’s Custom Cakes will be hosting their first annual Dayton’s Cake Boss Competition today from 2-8pm at the Unity Banquet Center, locates at 735 Cincinnati Street. Today’s event will give local bakers opportunity to showcase their awesome talents and go home with the title!! Participating bakers will present their best cake fitting the given theme and be judged by fellow Daytonians!! Those who purchase tickets to the event get to cast vote on the cake they believe to be the “best”. There will also be a panel of taste judges. These judges will be able to taste cupcakes presenting by the bakers that are the same flavor/icing as presented cake.This will be based on presentation/appearance, creativity, neatness, etc
The winning baker will be awarded with a cash prize, trophy, and title of Dayton’s Cake Boss. Second and third place will receive awards as well. Today’s event will also showcase food, clothing/fashion, beauty/health, and other vendors. There will be a 50/50 cash raffle, giveaways, games, door prizes, and more!
