DLM Spring Fling

It’s almost time for the 12th annual Spring Fling Pastry Show at the Springboro Dorothy Lane Market.

 

On Thursday, April 21st, from 7-9pm you’ll have the chance experience what it’s like to stroll down a European street of bakery and café-lined picturesque street in Paris stopping to sample a bit of this and a bit of that at your leisure. While not quite as elaborate as the DLM fall food show, there’s no doubt that the chefs put forward their creative best to offer you all the tastes you’d find in a  classic European pâtisserie.

An array of colorful works of arts you’ll find tarts, cupcakes, cannolis, biscotti, brownies and cakes for the taking. Wash it all down with a robust selection of craft beers and wine. Be sure to go hungry and devour morsels as you’re tempted. And we won’t tell if you decide to have dessert first.
