Dayton’s first fast casual Indian fusion restaurant is set to open this Thursday at noon. Owner Maulin Patel declares, “this is not the typical Indian restaurant.” Patel also owns the Bubbakoo’s Burritos in Centerville, and says that he’s designed this eatery to be similar in concept to Bubbakoo’s, but featuring Indian food.

Guests will be able to choose from different types of rice, four curry options and five meats to create their own custom meals. Here’s a peak at the menu:
