In August of 2013 a dream and vision became a reality and Riff Raff Tavern on the canal opened its doors. What had once been a vacant building has had the entire lower floor remodeled to create a comfortable place for people to gather and have a good time while listening to live music which includes Blues, Southern Rock, Rock and Roll and Country, shooting pool, grabbing a bite to eat or just enjoying good company and a drink. Mike and Bev spent a lot of time choosing the right décor to give it a relaxed atmosphere. The Blues Brothers are there to greet you when you arrive. An antique back bar that was shipped in from Chicago has become a conversation piece for many patrons with its historic background.
