The Honorable Jeffrey Mims, Jr., Mayor of the City of Dayton, was the Master of Ceremony at today’s Parity Inc. Luncheon honoring the Top Ten African American Males for 2022 for outstanding service to the Dayton region.
Parity, Inc.’s Mission , is “To serve and advocate for social and economic equity within the African American community” is fundamental to our purpose. These men are honored for their work in areas of family response, community involvement, leadership and platform of influence.

Today’s honoree’s Garth E. Adams, Charles Briggerman, Jr. Darren Kenneth Byrd, Sr. , Dr. Akpofure Peter Ekeh, Thomas D. Fisher, Michael J. Mann, Paul O. Mitchell, Billy C. Russell, Kenneth Wilkinson and Terrence Williams.
Richard L. Wright received the John E. Moore, Sr. Lifetime Achievement Award.
